The American Heritage Girls program is a ministry that is chartered through a local Charter Organization (churches, private schools, or other non-profit groups).  You will find all the materials you need to complete the charter process online.

The process begins with the following steps:
  • Read and follow the steps found in "What do I do next?", AHG's helpful guide to starting a new Troop.
  • Meet with any interested parties, including potential Charter Organizations, to discuss the AHG program and its many benefits to the girls and families in your community. 
     
  • Obtain necessary charter paperwork by click here for the Charter Checklist. Complete the paperwork and submit with fees to the AHG National Office for approval.
     
  • Once all charter documents are received and the charter is approved, an AHG Troop Start-Up Box will be shipped to the Charter Organization within 2 weeks.
