The first step in applying for an AHG Charter is to contact the AHG Membership Coordinator for your region at (513) 771-2025 and ask for the AHG New Troop Request Form. When this form is completed and submitted to your AHG Membership Coordinator you can use the checklist below to ensure that you have submitted all of the necessary information for Charter approval.

Upon receipt of the AHG New Troop Request Form, AHG will generate an email from AHGconnect inviting each member of the Troop Board to log in and complete their information. Anyone entering their information online can stop at any time, log off, and return to their stopping point once they have logged back in.


Charter Organization:

            _____    Letter of Recommendation for Troop Coordinator
            _____    Registration Fee of $26.00 (will be paid online via credit card or e-check)

Once the AHG Charter is approved, AHG will ship your "Troop Start-Up Box" within 3 weeks.
